Key Points

Teachers and teaching style

Teachers

Islamic Studies classes are taught by qualified male and female teachers with strong backgrounds in Quran, Hadith, Fiqh, Seerah, and Aqidah, many of whom are graduates of recognized Islamic institutions and have experience working specifically with children. They are chosen not only for their knowledge, but also for patience, good character, and their ability to explain Islamic concepts in simple, age‑appropriate language.

Teaching style

The teaching style is interactive and story‑based rather than lecture‑only, using real‑life examples, questions, and discussions to help children connect what they learn to home, school, and online life. Lessons often include short stories from Seerah, practical scenarios, and small activities or projects, with one‑to‑one or small‑group formats that allow teachers to personalize explanations and keep every child engaged.

How online Quran session works
Before the session
  • Students receive a timetable, link (Zoom or built-in portal), and sometimes pre-reading or homework.
  • They log in with a username to access the class room, course page, and materials.
During the live class
  • The teacher explains Aqeedah, Fiqh, Seerah, Quran, or manners using slides, whiteboard, and screen share.
  • Students interact through voice or chat, ask questions, and may be asked to read, answer, or solve short tasks.
Activities and practice
  • The session often includes Quran or Hadith reading, short quizzes, group discussion, or practical demos (e.g., wudu steps).
  • Teachers give instant feedback and correct mistakes in understanding, recitation, or rulings.

After the session
  • A recording, summary, and slides are uploaded so students can revise any time.
  • Homework or small projects are assigned and submitted through the platform for marking.
